BACKGROUND: MCG has worked by Bright Realty and its entities (homebuilding, development, commercial real estate, multi-family) for almost 15 years. We assist with all aspects of communications including website content, press releases, project management and client events, both local and destination.
OBJECTIVE/TASK: MCG was asked to create a Facebook page for a master-planned development to increase awareness of the master-planned community, its amenities and events, as well as lead potential homeowners and retail tenants to Bright Realty’s different websites via Facebook.

OUR WORK/SOLUTIONS: MCG created a community Facebook page that currently has 1,700 followers. The page features content that is updated once or twice weekly with news about community events, new model homes, community amenities and more. The posts educate current community members about neighborhood events, but also draw potential homebuyers, retail customers and retail tenants to Bright Realty’s website pages and ultimately, the community. Every Facebook post includes a link to a Bright Realty website so readers can get more information about the community, homes for sale or retail tenant specials, for example. MCG also creates “events” pages on the Facebook page for developer-sponsored community events, alerting the community of events like seasonal festivals and movie nights.
